Hear Hear..etc.

I was asked a simple question today about my home town and how come I left..I looked them in the eye and said cos of the incest.

Pink Floyd is a milestone in history of music owing to Syd Barrett and Roger Waters in the first place. PF are not a group following their contemporaries; they're a kinda rebels/geniouses of time. There are tens of songs I adore, so it'll be hard to put them all here.
Nevertheless,

And you run, and you run to catch up with the sun but it's sinking
Racing around to come up behind you again
Sun is the same in a relative way but you're older
Shorter of breathe, one day closer to death....

from Time.

"Whenever death may surprise us, let it be welcome if our battle cry has reached even one receptive ear and another hand reaches out to take up our arms."

Well Pink Floyd are number 1 in my list!

I love their innovative minds, their exceptional skills with the instruments and of course the psychedelic cosmic feeling in their productions.
I deeply believe that Pink Floyd are the inspirational and music ancestors of Anathema. Anathema are the natural evolution of the music played by Pink Floyd.
I 'm proud to have collected their full discography!

They are one of,if not the greatest band of all times(with anthema of course). They were the most creative band of their time genuises of music(not only syd and roger for their lyrics and music but gilmour on the guitar with his floating psychedelic solos with his special technique of bends). Without them music would be alot different i believe and AnathemA probably wouldn't be here now or at least would be very different. They are one of my inspirations and got me into experimenting on the guitar and with music in general(without copying of course).

Echoes... from where the dead angels may lie...

We realize the design is a little messy in Internet Explorer, but it will change only when new version of Anathemaniacs appears. For now you can switch to one of other web browsers like Mozilla Firefox or Opera (by the way, they both are much better solutions than IE).
