Does anyone know what this song means? I love the album, but i don't fully understand the title song of the album. The music is great again, but what's the message in  'I'll dance with the angels to celebrate the holocaust'. Just don't get it.

The book was called alternative 3 and I do not remember the author. It was a supposedly fictional account of options for a post apocalyptic existence. Apparently there were three options. Alternative 3 was to leave the planet. It was this that ‘they’ decided upon. Allegedly.

Its about your head being mashed because you took too much acid at a young age and realised some of the inevitable negative things about existing as a human being on earth. Jesus, thats a long sentence

NO! its about crying and headbanging at the same time because your girlfriend (who isnt really your girlfriend, but more like a "special" friend) doesnt want to hold hands with you.

My own interpretation is that the song is about our corrosive way of life, about that we are nothing more than mammals with intellect. About that my pride has been lost in the moment I said the three little words - "I love you..".
