what concerns the feelings about the concert itself I can only say that I still can't believe that we made it... it was hard to get there but it was worthy of it.

That is a strange idea, that people who love doom music, who adore Anathema should not like other people smiling.  why should not I like Anathema members smiling? As for me that is great. When I see them smiling I can believe that I can do this too. I was smiling at the concert, and I am not confused with that. I was happy, I fulfilled my dream. smiling through tears made me the happiest person in this world.

(that is hard to express opinion in English after a half-year without practice, so forgive me my mistakes)

Hello to everyone,  how are you guys doing? Sorry, a bit late.

seregon>Ohhh damn, please let me say personal impression...What a lovely smile!! His smile made  me very happy. Great picture, indeed. Thanks very much! Yes, I cannot stop my tears when I listen to some of my fav songs, and when they smile, it makes me very happy. We share the emotion with Anathema through music, I think,  so anything can happen.

lionwinter, Lostlenore> Heya guys! Well...mmm. doom music is certainly dark and desperate, for sure. But recently, I'm not sure if Anathema guys  are thinking that their music is "doom". They mention at their official myspace like ..."other/other/other" as music category, they seem to think their music is special, and one and only. So I think, we can feel anything we like, and I bet they are ok if their fans were ok, if it's sad, or if it's  fun. But, yezzzz, I don't smile at the feneral kind of gig...hehehe

Angel>Thanks for the comment to me. Yes, I can imagine how wonderful...I really want to make it, but I live in California, even the closest Mexico city is still very expensive to go. I need much money, and I cannot pay all things  right now.  But I'm so happy to see the pictures and I could share something with you guys. I really want to smile and cry at Anathema gig, that's my dream,  so I have to work after school and save money.

2 lionwinter I love classical expressions and feelings, if it does not suit you, then I do not care.

2 COco sometimes dreams can come true. there would be a chance for you to see them with your own eyes, to hear live music, I believe it. when we (imnotthere and I) decided to arrive in Moscow it also seemed very hard and expensive, but we did it.

when I feel like crying - I cry, when I feel happiness - I smile. I do not like to pretend, I do not like to try to look depressed when I am happy just because I need to look like that (on the concert, for example). If I was exited and impressed I could offer myself to smile throug tears, because I wanted it.

It looks like we are not discussing the concert itself.

most people cry when theyre sad, or laugh when theyre happy. whats that got to do with "classical" feelings? classical as in what? as opposed to "modern" feelings?

We realize the design is a little messy in Internet Explorer, but it will change only when new version of Anathemaniacs appears. For now you can switch to one of other web browsers like Mozilla Firefox or Opera (by the way, they both are much better solutions than IE).
